Attorney of record on behalf of the Dirección General Impositiva (Internal Revenue Service) in criminal cases and informations on ordinary and/or fiscal crimes (1994-1996).

He participated: 1) as Full Member in the “International Conference on Criminology”, held in the city of Mendoza, on June 22nd – 28th, 1969, in connection with the “19th International Course on Criminology”, under the auspices of the International Society for Criminology (Paris);

2) as Full Member in the “6th International Conference on Criminology”, held in the city of Madrid (Spain), on September 21st – 27th, 1970;

3) in the “1st Conference on Judicial Reform”, organized by the Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de la Justicia (FORES) (Administration of Justice Studies Forum), under the auspices of the Department of Governmental Affairs of the Province of Buenos Aires, held in the city of Mar del Plata, on August 25th, 26th and 27th, as chairman of Committee no. 10 on Organizational Aspects of Criminal Courts;

4) on behalf of the Province of Buenos Aires in the "8th International Conference on Criminology”, held in Lisbon (Portugal), on September 4th - 9th, 1978, having visited prisons and institutions for social readaptation in Spain, France, Switzerland, England and Brazil;

5) in the “2nd Conference on Judicial Reform”, organized by the Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de la Justicia (FORES) (Administration of Justice Studies Forum), under the auspices of the Department of Governmental Affairs of the Province of Buenos Aires, held in the city of Mar del Plata, on October 12th – 15th, 1978;

6) as observer in the “9th United Nations Conference on Prevention of Crime and Treatment of Offenders”, held in Cairo (Egypt) from April 29th to May 8th, 1995;

7) in the Round Table on “Corruption: legal proposals to fight it”, organized by the Board of Directors and the Procedural and Criminal Law Committee of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, held on July 3rd, 1996;

8) as a panelist in the “First Theoretical-Practical Seminary on Adjournment of Judicial Proceedings at the Beginning of the 21st Century”;

9) in the “1st International Seminary of Criminal Procedure Law”, held on September 15th – 18th, 1997, in the city of Miami, the United States of America;

10) in the “1st International Seminary of Civil and Commercial Procedure Law”, held on November 18th - 20th, 1997, in the city of Miami, the United States of America;

11) as conference lecturer in the “International Seminary on Procedural Law – Madrid 98. An introduction to the Spanish Procedural System. Analogies with Argentinean Law”, held in the city of Madrid, Spain, on May 26th - 29th, 1998.


He was hired by the “United Nations Latin American Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders” (ILANUD, Spanish acronym) to counsel the Department of Justice of Costa Rica on the organization of a Probation and Parole Bureau. Said mission lasted a month (from June 20th to July 20th, 1979) and ended with the submission to the pertinent authorities of a report detailing the implementation of said program. The mission also included giving a course and several talks, followed by debates, at different levels.


He participated in the “12th Plenary Meeting of the Drafting Committee of the Model Penal Code for Latin America”, held in Buenos Aires, from June 23rd - August 1st, 1979.


He was appointed by Decision no. 126/2004 of the National Criminal Court of Cassation as associate judge and subrogee of National Sentence Enforcement Courts.


He was designated by the Magistrates’ Council of the National Judiciary Power to act as regular member of the Jury involved in the selection process No. 99 for filling the position of first-instance judge of the National Sentence Enforcement Court No. 2 of Capital Federal.
